It is a festival calendar, an HR calendar and an account calendar running at once — and each has a different lead time. This is every occasion we produce for, when it falls, and when you actually have to order.
Lunar dates shift each year and vary by panchang and region — confirm the exact day locally before you commit. Four weeks from approved artwork is the number that matters.
These are the recurring gifting moments most companies handle badly, because nobody owns them and nobody plans them. They are also the easiest to systematise: produce one branded run, hold it, and draw it down through the year.
A box on the desk on day one, ordered once and drawn down monthly. The only gifting programme that runs all twelve months.
Tiered by years served — a printed rigid box at one year, a Crystal Resin piece at five. Held in stock and released against your HR calendar.
Spot recognition, quarterly awards, going-above-and-beyond. Small volumes, repeat cadence, no festival attached.
Account-led rather than calendar-led. Often the Crystal Resin range, often personalised per recipient.
Delegate boxes and speaker gifts, branded to the event rather than the company. Fixed date, no forgiveness — book early.
Quarter-end and year-end celebration boxes for teams that hit the number. Short notice is the norm; ready stock exists for this.
Small volumes, high value, bespoke presentation. Usually the hampers and the largest resin formats.
A keepsake box that outlasts the chocolate — the argument for resin lids over printed card.
Personal occasions the company marks. Single boxes drawn from a standing order, despatched to home addresses.
Distributor networks, contractors, hospital and school programmes. Volume-led, usually the ₹695 to ₹895 bands.
The most common mistake in corporate gifting is buying it nine times a year at nine small-volume prices, each time in a hurry. The alternative takes one conversation.
Your branding is proofed and signed off once, not re-proofed for every occasion.
A single 500-box run prices better than five runs of 100. The saving is usually larger than the storage cost.
We hold the run and release against your calendar — onboarding, anniversaries, awards, farewells.
Boxes exist before they are needed. A headcount that jumps in the final week stops being a crisis.
Shelf life is at least three months from dispatch, so a standing order is planned in quarters rather than years. We will tell you how much to hold and when to re-run it.
The same chocolate goes into both. What changes is the box, the price per head and who it is for.
Hand-poured resin lids, inlay work, jars and trays. For leadership, board, clients and the gifts that need to be remembered.
Printed rigid boxes of chocolate and pistachio baklawa, built for volume: whole floors, whole client lists, whole distributor networks.
Custom branding starts at 100 boxes. Artwork is proofed and signed off before production begins. Everything ships pan-India on temperature-controlled, cold-safe logistics from Hyderabad.
Your mark pressed in gold foil into the box lid — the same finish we use for our own.
A full-wrap printed sleeve for campaign artwork, a message, or a co-branded lockup.
Boxes matched to your brand palette rather than ours, across the full order.
A printed card set inside the box — a note from leadership, or a line for the occasion.
Every box is made in Hyderabad and travels on cold-safe logistics. Transit times, freight and delivery detail for each city:
A sense of the scale we work at, and the kind of teams who trust us with the gesture.
Bespoke branding across the full run, with premium assortments built for both employee recognition and client relationships.
Custom-branded lids over a curated chocolate assortment, produced and delivered as a single corporate gifting programme.
Rigid gift boxes customised with institutional branding, finished to protocol and delivered ahead of the season.
Lead times, minimums, standing orders, cities and allergens — the answers that decide whether this works for your calendar.
Festivals — Dussehra, Diwali, Christmas, New Year, Makar Sankranti and Pongal, Holi, Ugadi and Gudi Padwa, Raksha Bandhan, Ganesh Chaturthi and Onam — and non-calendar corporate occasions: onboarding welcome kits, work anniversaries, employee appreciation and rewards, client and partner gifting, conferences and launches, sales milestones, leadership and board gifting, farewells and retirements, and vendor, channel and CSR programmes.
Four weeks from approved artwork for branded boxes, and roughly a week for unbranded boxes from ready stock. For fixed-date occasions — a festival, a conference, a launch — work backwards from the date and add a week of slack. For festive peaks, branded Diwali work should be booked by late September.
Yes, and it is the arrangement we recommend for anything recurring. We produce a branded run once, hold it, and release boxes against your HR calendar through the year. One artwork setup, one volume price tier, no monthly scramble.
100 boxes for custom-branded gifting — a gold foil logo on the lid, a printed sleeve, a custom box colour or a printed insert. Below 100, we supply from the standing range in Lèvore presentation, which carries no minimum beyond a single box.
Every box is handcrafted in our Hyderabad atelier and delivered pan-India on temperature-controlled, cold-safe logistics. Hyderabad is same-city; Bengaluru is typically one day in transit; Mumbai and Pune typically two to three; Gurugram and the wider Delhi NCR three to four. Other cities are served and quoted on request.
Premium printed rigid boxes run from ₹695 to ₹1,795 per box, with rates stepping down at 100, 250 and 500 units. Crystal Resin and Signature boxes run from ₹2,000 to ₹19,999 per box. Branding on the lid and printed inserts are included from 250 boxes.
Every Lèvore collection is vegetarian, with no gelatine and no alcohol. Products contain nuts, milk and soy, and are made in a facility that handles all three. Nut-free and sugar-free fills are made to order — tell us when you enquire.
At least three months from dispatch, printed on the base. Best within the first month, when the roast is still forward. Store cool, dry and out of direct sunlight — ideally 18 to 22°C, and not the refrigerator, where condensation dulls the shell. Every box travels sealed in high-density thermocol through temperature-controlled logistics, and can be delivered on the date you choose — including after the festival, when your team is back.
Yes. We invoice with GST and work to purchase orders and standard corporate procurement processes. Ask for a formal quotation and we will issue one against your headcount and format.
Procurement questions — GST, purchase orders, pricing tiers? The corporate gifting FAQ covers those.
Tell us the occasions you gift on, the headcounts and the cities. We will come back with a production plan for the year rather than a quote for next month.
