The questions procurement asks first.
We’re ordering for Diwali, but our team is away. Will it still be fresh?
Yes. Every collection keeps for three months from dispatch, and each box travels sealed in high-density thermocol through temperature-controlled logistics. Choose your delivery date — before the festival, or the week your team is back in the office — and we plan production around it.
What is the minimum order quantity?
100 boxes for custom-branded gifting. Smaller quantities can be supplied from our standing Diwali and rigid-box ranges in Lèvore presentation.
How long does a custom order take?
Four weeks from approved artwork to delivery. Diwali 2026 runs on three production windows: fully bespoke builds close 26 September, branded lids on stock formats 10 October, and unbranded boxes from ready stock 24 October.
What exactly can be branded?
A gold foil logo on the lid, a printed sleeve, a custom box colour, and a printed insert or greeting card. Artwork is proofed and signed off before production begins.
Do you deliver outside Hyderabad?
Yes — pan-India, on temperature-controlled cold-safe logistics dispatched from our Hyderabad atelier.
How should the chocolates be stored?
Cool, dry, and out of direct sunlight, ideally between 18 and 22°C. Every box carries its best-before date.
How is pricing structured?
Per box, with volume tiers at 100, 250, and 500 units. The rigid-box range currently open runs ₹695 to ₹1,795 (the R-1 box at ₹295 is closed for the 2026 season); festive gift boxes run ₹2,000 to ₹19,999.
Do you issue GST invoices?
Yes. Full GST invoicing for corporate procurement, with purchase-order terms available on request.
Is everything vegetarian?
Yes — every Lèvore collection is vegetarian. Products contain nuts, milk, and soy and are made in a facility that handles all three. Tell us about dietary restrictions and we will build the assortment around them.
